Everything was spot on. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the hotel facilities were of great quality. I especially appreciated the convenience of having a coffee shop right next to the hotel. The location was fantastic, being close to the Oryu-dong station on the blue metro line, making it easy to explore the city. The staff also spoke English fluently, a huge plus.

The lack of free toiletries, such as a toothbrush, is disappointing.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the bright lobby and nearby coffee shop added to the welcoming atmosphere. We were also impressed with the staff's English language skills. The location of the hotel on the blue metro line made it convenient for exploring the city, and the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus.
